Patriot Day — We Will Never Forget

Patriot Day was established in December 2001 to honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost during the September 11 terrorist attacks and to recognize the extraordinary courage of the first responders and everyday heroes who stepped forward.

Today, we pause to remember those who never made it home, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the bravery and unity our nation displayed in the days that followed.
