MT. HERMON COMMUNITY MEETING | SEPTEMBER 10
The Washington Parish School System will host a community meeting on Thursday, September 10, at 5:00 PM at Mt. Hermon School to share information regarding the district’s proposal to reconfigure Mt. Hermon School.
District leaders will present the proposal, including the factors considered & information related to the proposed reconfiguration. Members of the community will also have an opportunity to provide public comment on the topic.
To ensure an orderly meeting & an opportunity for public participation, comments will be received in accordance with the district’s public participation guidelines:
• Individuals wishing to speak must complete a participation card prior to the start of the meeting.
• Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person.
• Groups or delegations should select one spokesperson.
• Comments are to remain respectful & in relation to the meeting topic.
The community meeting will conclude prior to the regularly scheduled Washington Parish School Board meeting at 6:30 PM.
