Today marks the closing of a major chapter in the lives of my sellers and new friends.
We CLOSED on their unique aviation property in North Texas that they built from scratch over 24 years ago. So many memories made with family here but today was the day we said goodbye.
We had our first meeting six months ago. This was right after my son was born and I would say it was a success since I was hired on the spot. This wasn't an easy sale and I knew that going into it. My close friend and colleague referred me to these guys and "talked me up" so I felt the pressure but I was ready to do what I do best and set out on a mission to get it SOLD!!
I was thankful to be the one hired for the job after 2 other "local" agents couldn't get it sold in a year and a half I got it sold in a short 6 months.
Congrats to my sellers this is one of the most challenging properties I've sold in a long time but I'm beyond blessed to be a part of this journey with y'all!🎉
