The jumbo-sized VR1 F-40 Au Naturel is meticulously handcrafted in the USA* using extremely rare tonewoods that we aged and seasoned for decades. Spec’d out by Robby and Jeffrey (with the help of our friend Jon at Bad Cat Amplifiers), this combo features Fawn Tolex, Brown Diamond Grille, White Piping, and Light Brown Corners/Handle!

Tracing its roots back to one of the most iconic circuits in Bad Cat history, the all new Cub V is a masterful blend of heritage and modern innovation. A true testament to where classic tone meets cutting-edge craftsmanship.

Featuring switchable EF86/12AX7 Preamp tubes and an incredible tube driven spring reverb, the Cub V offers diverse sonic potential unlocking a wide array of tonal possibilities.

Each Cub V is not only hand-wired in Southern California but also meticulously point-to-point soldered by Bad Cat’s passionate team of engineers. This ensures unmatched precision and craftsmanship in every amp.

The Bad Cat eyes have been reintroduced to their new hand-wired series. A nod to the legacy that defines a Bad Cat amplifier and the ultimate tone.
