Been putting off getting your Designated Collector's License? MSP has made it easier with a new electronic process, via the Licensing Portal (https://licensingportal.mdsp.maryland.gov/MspBridgeClient/ #/home)

To be eligible, all you need is your HQL and own at least one Regulated Firearm. There is no cost, and the Collector License removes the 30 day waiting period between Regulated Firearm purchases.
