WHAT IS IT? This is a rosters logbook and tasting journal that lets you log essential details of your roast (with or without roasting software!) and the tasting notes side by side so you can:

This is the family that grows not only grows our Finca La Vega, who we had the pleasure of visiting in January, but also the imports all of our Colombian direct trade coffee which is grown by family and friends who live in and around the village.
