Welcome to Twin Mountain Saddlery, where the coffee is always hot and the stories are mostly true! I've been training horses, cowboying and back-country outfitting for most of my life. Along the way I started doing a lot of my own leather work. I found it quite enjoyable and relaxing. The more I worked with leather, the more it began to grow on me, until I knew it couldn't be just a hobby. I began
to realize that I wanted to someday be able to build saddles. Then, in 2014, I was fortunate enough to intern with Master Saddle Maker, horseman, and back-country outfitter Dale Moore of Belgrade, MT. Dale is a great teacher and an all-around good guy. Thanks to his tutelage (and the help of a bunch of other people as well... Pat, Deanna, Mom, Dad and my lovely wife, Jessica are way up on the list), I'm able to turn a dream into reality.
