Hi friends!

For those of you who are new, I’m Morgan!

Most of you know me as the face behind the business, but today I thought I'd share a little glimpse of my the life beyond the candles. 🔥

When I'm not making cement vessels, or testing new scents, one place you may find me in the morning is outside feeding the animals. These animals are part of our lifestyle and honestly, they help us keep a regular routine.

Running a small business is woven into the life we've built here. The same hands that feed animals in the morning are the same hands pouring candle orders late into the evening some nights.

I love sharing candles with you, and I also love sharing the farm moments that inspire them. 🐮

⭐️Let’s Talk About
Wax Melts!

Wax melts are a great flameless option for adding fragrance to your home, apartment, office, or spaces shared with kids and pets.

One of the questions I get asked most often is:

"Morgan, how do I change the wax out?"

Well, today I thought I'd show you!

Sometimes the wax dish is cool and the wax pops right out in one easy piece. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me today. 😅

So, I turned the warmer back on for a minute and let the wax soften. Once it started melting, I carefully carried it to the trash and wiped it out with a paper towel.

And voilà! ✨ Clean as new and ready for a fresh wax melt.

The wax I use is a soft soy wax that helps provide a stronger scent throw—which is just a fancy way of saying you'll enjoy more fragrance without needing the wax to get extremely hot.

I typically use the same wax melt for several days before changing it out. How long yours lasts depends on:
• How many hours your warmer runs
• How strong you like your fragrance
• The size of your warmer
• How hot your warmer gets

If you work from home, wax melts are a wonderful way to keep your space smelling amazing without worrying about a flame burning in another room.

✨What Goes Into Every Light Thee Way Candle?✨

Many people don't realize that I don't just pour wax into a container, but I create each candle from the ground up.

Every candle starts with a handcrafted cement vessel that I make myself.

Once cured and finished, I carefully install a wooden wick, then hand-pour 100% soy wax blended with premium paraben-free fragrance oils.

From mixing the concrete to the final pour, each candle is made in small batches with attention to detail and quality.

The result is a beautiful, long-lasting candle housed in a handmade vessel that's as unique as the fragrance inside.

As a faith-based small business, I am grateful for every person who supports handmade products and the work that goes into creating them. Thank you for helping me continue to do what I love. 🤍

What is a day like being a candle maker on a farm and also owning an 1880’s farm house? ⬇️

Tearing off an old porch then hopping in the office to place wood wicks for a customer’s order.

All my husband and I could do was sing “Tear off the Roof by Brandon Lake” 🫣😂 It’s been in our heads all day!

Anyone else sing songs or say movie phrases in the moment it reminds you of?? Just me?
