🤘Our experience was amazing!!!

PART 1: COOKED BY GIO 🇵🇭

I’ve been to plenty of music festivals, and I’m almost always let down by the food. You walk, stand, and move all day. That makes you hungry! After paying too damn much for a dried-out pretzel with stale jalapeño cheese filling… I knew I couldn’t waste another dollar on bad food choices. Still kicking myself for not checking the other food stalls first because as it turns out — there were actually some good ones around! 🔥

Cooked by Gio was one of them! And with October being Filipino American History Month, I really wanted to show some love to my fellow Filipino Americans. As you can see, they did not disappoint! I’m already planning to catch them again when they’re near town so I can try the full menu. If you spot them nearby, grab your Filipino food fix and enjoy it! Follow them at cookedbygio to see where they’re headed to next. 😋

Me and my friend explored the International Sportsmen’s Expo in Sacramento last month. We talked to a Sportfishing Charter Captain about what it’s like to run his business, as well as another Captain who had an Uncle that was a Northern California Boxing icon, and I was able to meet one of my favorite wildlife artists as well. Fun trip. I’d like to do more lol…
