It’s that time of year when the pottery makes its way to the shop faster than I can photograph it. There are so many unique pieces on the shelves right now, and I think this is our best fall collection yet. I feel connected in a different way to each and every little pot. Michael will be at the store today adding a few new candles and dishes too! If you pick one of these up, consider sending me a photo of your find in its new home and making my day🤍

7 Years at Frenchtown Pottery! That feels surreal to even type out. A big thanks to all of you, we couldn’t do it without you! We’ll be celebrating at the shop all weekend long, so please come by and say hello and check out everything new around here.

Our 7 year anniversary is next weekend! Things have changed *so* much over the past few years. Now when I tell you we have some new designs to share, boy do I mean newwww lol. The white powder glaze seen here is covering up some surface details which become visible after firing. Fingers crossed, as always 🤞🏻

I managed to get a few of these mugs through the kiln this week, just in time for Father’s Day. This is a sneak peek into a little bit of hand drawing I’ve been working on! As simple as it looks, there’s a learning curve when layering any two glaze colors like this. But I’ve got a little confidence now and I’m getting started on some more fun mugs this week!

Me over here, running a whole retail shop just so that I can see every crazy idea I have come to life😂 This pancake mix is our family recipe, which we now offer at the shop as a companion to our batter bowls. (Bowls coming back next month!) I designed the label, and I think the brown bag is just the cutest little package.

Michael is at the shop today unloading our last haul of 2025! There are some of my favorite speckly pieces in this unique batch, and and I’m so glad we could pull it all together in time. A giant thank you to everyone who visits us this weekend to pick out a handmade holiday gift. You make someone’s day when you shop small🤍 We will be hitting up the stores around town to do just the same.
