Hello friends! A lot has been happening the past few months. Yesterday I was able to put out some of our glitter colors on the new shelves! It is ridiculously satisfying. For now we are still by appointment only for local pickup. Please send me a message if you'd like to pickup. Once vaccines are widely available we will likely be open to the public certain days and times!

We recently had someone write us a negative review about our jars not being completely full. I've had messages about this in the past, so I figured I'd explain how we measure our glitters here!

All of our glitters are measured by weight, not volume. This photo depicts the difference. On the left is 1 oz by weight and on the right is 1 oz by volume. The 1 oz by volume actually only has about 1/2 oz by weight in it.

Density really comes into play with super fluffy glitters, or glitter shapes. Those suckers take up a lot of space.

Selling glitter by volume (and really anything) can be super deceiving, so when looking to purchase glitter in the future, make sure it's by weight!

Generally if your package is delayed tracking will say "your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility". It may just state it's on it's way to the next destination.. Some shipments will also be marked as delivered but won't actually arrive in your mailbox for a day or two. This has happens a lot, so just wait a couple of days for it to show up.

If your package doesn't show up in 1-2 weeks as first class shipping, contact me then so we can figure out the issue.

Finally, most delays are happening with First Class Shipping. If you would like more of a guarantee for your package to not be stuck in limbo, upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. This however is not fully guaranteed. It is just the trend I have been seeing.
