August 2026 Construction Update. Here’s a look at what’s been underway this month.

🔸Aurora continues to rise, with structural concrete progressing upward on the 18-story residential tower.
🔸The Noc has officially topped out, marking a major milestone for the five-story residential community. With the structure complete, construction is now shifting toward roofing and the next phase of work.
🔸The Cana Chapel is also beginning to take shape, with steel now in place. Located alongside the park’s central water feature, the chapel will serve as a unique gathering space for weddings and private events.

With each milestone, Firefly Park is becoming more and more of the destination we’ve envisioned. We can’t wait to continue sharing the progress along the way.

Opening in Frisco, Firefly Offices will introduce 175,000 RSF of premier Class AA office space within Firefly Park, a thoughtfully curated mixed-use destination designed to bring together business, nature, and community.

One word echoed throughout every speech at last Thursday’s groundbreaking ceremony: partnership.

Because at its core, that’s exactly what Firefly Park is built on—a partnership with the City of Frisco, its residents, local businesses, and the people who make this community such an incredible place to live, work, and gather.

We are deeply grateful to the partners who are helping bring Firefly Park to life and who play such an important role in its future success.

Frisco’s Firefly Park is gaining momentum with a new wave of tenants — adding dining, wellness and nightlife to one of the city’s biggest developments.

📍 Where: Firefly Park, Frisco
🗓️ Opening: Fall 2027 (Phase 1)

New tenants announced:
• 🥐 Frenchie – French-American concept with all-day dining (pastries → steak frites)
• 💆 Woodhouse Spa – Luxury spa with facials, massages and wellness treatments
• 🍺 Second Rodeo Brewing – Live music, house-brewed b**r + open-air vibe
• 👕 TYLER’S – Retail anchor already announced
