The response to our announcement that Trackside Junction in has been approved has exceeded our expectations.

Over the past few days, we’ve heard from an incredible number of restaurant operators, retailers, entertainment concepts, and local businesses interested in becoming part of Downtown Celina’s next chapter. It’s exciting to see so many quality businesses and residents recognize the opportunity that exists here.

As a result, our leasing team will begin scheduling meetings with prospective tenants to discuss the project, understand each concept, and evaluate the best fit for the development.

While we are just beginning our tenant lineup, our goal has never been simply to lease space—we’re focused on curating a mix of businesses that will create an authentic, vibrant destination for the community and complement the vision for Downtown Celina.

We couldn’t be more excited to share that Historic Downtown Celina is the next downtown community for Nack Development!

For more than a decade, we’ve had the privilege of helping breathe new life into historic downtowns across North Texas. We believe the heart of every great city is its downtown—a place where neighbors gather, local businesses thrive, and memories are made.

That’s why we’re so excited about Celina.

City Government of Celina, Texas has an incredible vision for its historic downtown, and with major investments already underway, the future has never looked brighter. We’re honored to play a role in helping shape what’s next.

Our goal is simple: create authentic places that become part of the fabric of the community. From unique restaurants and shops to vibrant gathering spaces and beautiful architecture, we’re committed to developing projects that celebrate Celina’s character while helping support its future.

We are pleased to announce the newest member to the Nack Development team, Leyton Andres. spent three years as a Summer Intern, learning the different disciplines of our business. He has joined the team in the role of Real Estate Business Manager.

Leyton was raised in Frisco, TX, is a Wakeland High School graduate and received his Business Marketing Degree from the in 2023.

Where plans are being put down on paper, just waiting to come to real life.
