Our recent trip to Alaska covered a lot of ground, but we made sure to carve out some time to swing by the Great Alaskan Aviation Gathering in Palmer while we were passing through.

It was great to catch the displays and cross paths with so many familiar faces in the industry. The aviation community in Alaska is truly something elseā€”thereā€™s a level of camaraderie and skill up there that you just donā€™t find anywhere else. Itā€™s always worth the stop to see what people are building and flying in the Last Frontier.

Weā€™re already looking at the flight plan for the next trip north. We might just have to make sure thereā€™s enough room in the back to bring some coffee along for the crowd next time.
