We have been a bit on the quiet side lately, but diligently working on creating a much nicer, and hopefully more user friendly, online store for our customers. We've returned from vacation, and the site is open again! While browsing antique stores, I found this cool pencil from an old display, supposedly from Belgium. I need to do a little research on it, but it's perfect for my pencil collection!

We are very excited to announce that we now carry Caran d'Ache products. So many colors and designs, and such a smooth writing ballpoint pen! For the collectors, there are periodic special editions and limited editions as well. They have a vast selection of pens and pencils. Good morning! First, I want to thank everyone for their patience while your pens have worked their way through the postal service fiasco, and I'm sorry this happened. Not exactly how I imagined the pen release to go, but not letting it damper the mood.
I've been closely monitoring the movement of packages each day. The good news is that most are either showing movement, showing a scheduled delivery date, or have already been delivered. There are several that are not showing any movement yet, so if you fall into that category, I will be reaching out to you.
Praying that this will not be a long term shipping issue!

Shipping Update: Finding that some packages were not showing movement, I did find out they are being routed through a new distribution center in our area that is having delays. Since many of you are not local, or out of state, I've attached a link to an article that came out today that summarizes what is going on. Some have already been, or are scheduled to be delivered, and I'm hoping the others do very soon. I've been waiting on a box with a pen to arrive too.😕 Stinkers.

Howdy! Everyone that placed an order should have received their tracking number for USPS. Even though the tracking numbers are not showing current data, I assure you that all orders placed Monday and Tuesday were shipped Tuesday. I'm sure the postal employees are playing catch-up from our lovely weather. Hoping you see updates soon!💛

Lori and I thank you for the great introductory day for Echo! We love pens and we love our customers!
Since the post office was closed today for the holiday, shipments will be dropped off tomorrow, weather permitting....we don't want your boxes taking a joy ride on ice!
