Let me get a little personal here:

Look at that mama eagle. 🦅

Reminds me of Psalm 91

Her babies aren’t out there trying to fight the storm. They’re tucked right up underneath her.

Covered. Protected. Safe.

And isn’t that exactly what God offers us?

Sometimes we spend our days flapping around trying to fix everything ourselves. 😅 Lord knows I do.

We worry.
We plan.
We overthink.
We try to be strong enough, smart enough, prepared enough…

And God is saying, “Baby girl, climb back up into my nest.”

Get close to Me.

Abide in Me.

Stay under My wings.

Because there is a kind of rest you can’t find anywhere else when you know you are covered by the One who holds everything together.

Psalm 91 reminds us that when we dwell in the shelter of the Most High, we can rest in the shadow of the Almighty. It reminds us that He is our refuge, our fortress, and our safe place.

That’s why Nest stayed in the name.

It’s my little reminder that I don’t have to live exposed to every storm that comes my way. And neither do you!

You have a place to run. A place to rest. A place to be covered.

And then there’s Bloom. 🌸

Because when we are in his "nest"

It’s where we are nurtured.
It’s where we grow.
It’s where we become strong enough to spread our wings.

When we abide in Him, we don’t just survive—we begin to BLOOM.

We grow through the hard seasons.
We find beauty in places we never expected.
We become stronger, softer, wiser and more rooted in Him.

So Nest & Bloom is more than a name to me.

It’s a reminder:

Girls-
Get in that nest.
Rest under His wings.
Abide in His presence.
And when He says it’s time… spread those wings and bloom.

Because sweet friends, you were never meant to weather every storm by yourself. 😉

There’s a God who still covers His children.

And I, for one, am mighty grateful to be living under His wings. 🤍
