Playground World

From an open backyard to their new favorite place to play. Our crew recently installed this Monkey Tower in Pickerington, Ohio. A great fit with plenty of room left for running around the yard, too.

Check out this recent Dublin install featuring a Goalrilla CV72 with Yard Guard.
As our Columbus showroom celebrates its 1-year anniversary, it’s pretty cool to look around and see Playground World popping up in backyards throughout the area. Thanks, Columbus, for a great first year!

Now THIS is a backyard playground. A Woodplay Outback 6 Combo 4 paired with a rubber mulch play surface, recently installed by our Playground World crew in Johnston, Ohio.

From the playset to the play surface, we can help you plan the whole space and take care of the installation.

You don’t need a huge backyard to make room for play.
We’ll help you find the right playset for your family AND your space, even when every square foot counts.
Check out this recent small-yard install!

A little tint makes a BIG difference. 🏀
The Goalrilla CV60T brings a new look to the driveway with tinted tempered glass designed to reduce sun glare.
And underneath it all? A hinged anchor that makes installation easier for our crew.
We’ve installed four of these recently, and we have a feeling we’ll be seeing a lot more.

A little climbing, a little swinging and a whole lot of backyard fun!
Check out this recently installed Weaver High Rider. We love seeing how our playsets become part of a family's backyard!

Some installs mean a little more.
Our Playground World team had the privilege of helping grant Mary Kay’s wish for a backyard playset through Workshop of Wishes. https://www.workshopofwishes.org/

Workshop of Wishes brings hope, joy and some much-needed fun to children facing life-threatening illnesses and their families. We’re incredibly thankful we could be a small part of Mary Kay’s wish.

ALL HANDS ON DECK! 🙌 When a Columbus commercial project needs 40,000 lbs. of rubber mulch, you call in the whole crew. The Playground World team was out in full force unloading, hauling and getting this new playground ready for play. A lot of work goes into a finished playground. Good thing we’ve got a team that isn’t afraid of the heavy lifting.

Tim is one of the best in the business - we love having him as a part of the team!

Meet Tim, one of our lead installers here at Playground World. He’s been part of our team for almost three years, and if you’ve ever seen a playset go from pieces on the ground to a fully built backyard adventure, there’s a good chance Tim was involved.

When we asked Tim what his favorite part of the job is, he said it’s the moment the kids run outside and see their new playset for the first time. Their excitement is what makes every install worth it.

As for his favorite PGW memory, he told us there are too many good ones to choose from - which is exactly what we love to hear in a family-owned business like ours.

If he ever had an unlimited travel budget, Tim says he’d head to Hawaii and then Italy. Sunshine, beaches, poke bowls and pasta… we can’t blame him. Now we know who to send if we ever become international!

Tim’s biggest passion is the work he does, and anyone who’s seen an install he’s part of knows how much pride he puts into his work. Outside of Playground World, he spends his time with his daughter making memories that matter.

Tim grew up right here in Cleveland, and we’re grateful to have him as part of the Playground World family. If you see Tim on your install day, just know you’ve got someone who's truly passionate about bringing backyard fun to Ohio families.
