Having a shaved ice business ourselves we understand the importance of quality block ice. We opened up our shaved ice business in 2021 and after several years of struggling with ice supply and handling of the blocks we decided to start manufacturing our own and just recently expanded our ice making to allow us to resale to others. Our story is still being written in this business adventure but the
short story is that a couple of years ago we decided to lease a building in Gainesville, TX to help our shaved ice business. Then in 2023 we needed to problem solve our ice supply so we built a ice making facility and became licensed through the state. Our blocks are solid (not compressed), are 5.5”x5.5”x13” and are 12 lbs each. Our block ice will fit Snowizard and Southern Snow Machines both. Our bags are sized to allow you to easily put your blocks back into the bag for re-use. We also heat seal our bags closed to keep blocks clean during transport and to also prevent them from sliding out of the bags while they are being transported.
