Guess what today is? It’s National Creamsicle Day! I love orange creamsicles 🍊so I had to celebrate with a custom 7 Energy Orange vanilla with cream at 7 Brew Coffee today! It was tasty!

Crafty Stampin’ Up! Friends! What should I do with my collection of catalogs and demonstrator magazines since 2011? I need to get rid of stuff. Why is this so hard? Thanks to my Julie Lauterbach Ward for the fitting music…which was played at my high school graduation in 1992!

I’m so inspired by this project: the colors, the technique, all of it. This is a beautiful way to create a FANCY card with just stamps, ink and paper!

✨ I knew I was going to like this.

I did not expect this.

Tonight I finally had a chance to play with the new Hot Foil System, and I think I audibly gasped the first time I peeled back the foil.

There’s something so satisfying about that reveal…

Then you tilt it in the light and those delicate metallic details come to life. ✨

It feels elegant.
It feels effortless.
It feels like something I’d happily send to someone special.

I’ve been making cards for a long time, and it isn’t often that a new technique genuinely makes me want to stop everything and just play.

This one did.

Now excuse me while I go foil everything. 😂💛
