VENDOR SET UP:
Set up for the 3rd Annual Williston Watermelon Festival will begin Friday June 12th promptly at 5PM and conclude Friday June 12th at 7PM. Set up will resume Saturday morning, June 13th at 6:30am and conclude at 9:30am. ALL vendors must be ready for the festival by 9:45AM. We will be walking around strictly permitting this. During this time, all sales booths and promotional booths will be permitted to set up all tents and merchandise. ALL FOOD TRUCKS AND BOUTIQUE TRAILERS MUST SET UP EITHER THE NIGHT BEFORE (6/12) OR NO LATER THAN 6AM THE MORNING OF THE EVENT. All tents must have anchors in the ground and weights on each side of the tent. Please adhere to all state and city laws. There will be no profanity or disruptions of any kind tolerated. If you partake in these activities, you will be asked to leave. Generators labeled at quiet are allowed, if your generator is not quiet, you will be asked to shut it off. This goes as a courtesy to all the vendors around you as well as shoppers and spectators. Sales booth vendors, you will provide your own tents, tables, racks, displays and any other items that are required for your day to run smoothly. Your space is 10x10. You are ONLY ALLOWED to bring the items that you signed up for, this will be strictly enforced. For example, if you signed up to bring women's clothing, you should not have kids clothing under your tent. Vendor parking is behind your tent. (if permittable) If you signed up as a promotional booth, you may NOT sell ANYTHING at all. Promotional booths may only have promotional items and should not be making a profit off anything. All vendors will have a white flag with a vendor number in your designated spot. Please be aware that if you set up in the wrong spot, you will be forced to move. The local police will be monitoring the event the night before to ensure your tent/vendor item safety and will also attend the event for safety reasons. EMS will be on the premises for the entirety of the event as well.
You are NOT permitted to break down your set up early, if you do, you will NOT be allowed back for future events with Wild B Boutique. Please find us if there is a personal or medical emergency and will be be happy to help you break down early.
NO DRIVING ON SIDEWALK WHATSOEVER. With the number of vendors, please, please only set up in your allotted space. WIFI & ELECTRIC ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
GENERAL EVENT INFO:
This is a no refund, rain or shine event. Please also remember that we, Wild B Events & Boutique, are the only event host for this event. The ONLY way to register for one of our events is on our website, wildbboutique.net. We will never reach out for payment or ask you to Cash App, Venmo or PayPal or anything. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you see a mess, clean it up. We will have porta potties and wash stations at the event for vendors to use throughout the day. There are also more bathrooms located at the back of the large pavilion. Please read all rules and instructions very carefully to ensure a smooth-running event. We will be hosting the Cutest Melon in the Patch Pageant starting at 12pm-1pm. Pageant check in is at 11:30pm.

UNDER LARGE PAVILION
There will be no walk through, we will get started right at 12pm. There will be plenty of event staff to help you!
1.Contestants must arrive & check in by 11:30am. Parents must have a valid photo ID to check in their child. Parents will need to confirm child's name, DOB and age.
2.Children will be judged on personality, outfit and smile/eyes.
3. Pageant attire with a watermelon theme.
5. Parents appearance will not be judged, but we do ask that you are dressed properly if you are accompanying your child on stage.
6. There will be seats available for family and friends to sit.
7. We ask that everyone is courteous and kind to all contestants, judges, families and anyone helping run the event.
8. Lastly, this is a children's event. Please be aware of that and limit profanity.
9. Every kid will get a participation award. The winner of each division will receive a crown and sash.
10. Pageant will be located under the pavilion at heritage park.
11. The watermelon festival will run 10am-3pm so please be sure to check out all the food and shopping vendors.
12. Please silence all phones. Although, you can still take photos and videos.
13. A boy and girl will be crowned from each division, if we have a boy in each. If not, only a girl will be crowned.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE ONLY HAVE ONE SPEAKER AND ONE MIC SO DURING INTRODUCTIONS PLEASE BE QUIET.
