There are a lot of new faces around here lately, so maybe it’s time I introduce myself🤍
I’m Sarah — the woman behind Cowgirl Mercantile, a single mom of three, chronic idea-haver, and usually the one running around here doing about twelve things at once 😂
But Cowgirl has never really been about me.
It’s about creating a place that feels genuine. A place rooted in western culture, community, old things with stories, local makers, and a way of life that still matters.
It’s boots and denim and freshies and candles and jewelry and consignment and upcycled pieces — but it’s also being remembered when you walk in, being treated like a person instead of a transaction, and finding things that actually feel like you.
It’s preserving the western way of life without turning it into a costume. Keeping it real, welcoming, lived-in, and something worth passing on.
And it’s building something our kids can grow up around — something that values hard work, creativity, community, and taking care of people.
So if you’ve shopped here, consigned here, shared a post, brought a friend, supported one of our local makers, or simply stopped in to say hi — you’re part of what Cowgirl is becoming.
