You normally donā€™t hear a peep out of us for the first half of the year ā€” and thatā€™s because weā€™re basically mad scientists down in the basement of the Barrett House, tinkering away like weā€™re trying to reanimate a candle. While everyone else is enjoying spring, weā€™re down there surrounded by wax, wood shavings, and questionable amounts of caffeine.

In past seasons, our small souvenir lanterns were a hit ā€” but so many of you said, ā€œLove theseā€¦ but can you make them BIGGER?ā€
Wellā€¦ we took that personally.

šŸ”„ So tonight, weā€™re officially unleashing our new lineup of fullā€‘size lanterns for the season.
āœØ And because itā€™s late and weā€™re feeling bold, weā€™re giving you a sneak peek at whatā€™s coming.

Theyā€™ll be available starting this weekend at Country Craft & Sports on Main Street and Hello Galena on Commerce. Swing by, pick one up, and know it was handcrafted right here in town ā€” probably at an hour when we shouldā€™ve been sleeping.
