Earnest Exchange is looking to add one or two friendly, motivated Sales Associates to our team! We’re searching for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are self-motivated, and appreciate being part of a welcoming retail environment.

Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing merchandise, keeping the store organized, and helping create a warm and inviting shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

If you love fashion, secondhand finds, and being part of a positive team environment, we’d love to hear from you! There is also potential for cross-training at Coulee Boutique! 🩵
