I personally design all of my tote bags, gifts and goods using vintage estate items and recycled clothing, my designs are often one-of-a-kind. I have been sewing since I was 5 years old and still enjoy the craft today. My designs are well made, are adorned with a hang tag and are always suitable for gift giving.

I have designed this tote bag from a sturdy vintage cotton tablecloth. The colors are faded against an ecru background. The lining is a new red cotton polka dot print. The entire bag and the handles have been reinforced with fusible Pellon to make it sturdy. There are 2 divided pockets to keep your small items at reach. This tote is fully finished on both sides so you can wear it 2 ways. This is a soft sided 3-layer tote that can easily be folded for travel or trips to the market. Sold AS IS / NO RETURNS.

#882 MCM Atomic Vintage Christmas Trees & Red Polka Dot Tablecloth Tote Bag NEW

I have designed this tote bag from a very well-loved mid century modern vintage tablecloth. The lining is a new red cotton with mini white polka dots. The entire bag, as well as the handles, is lined with Pellon fusible interfacing so it's nice and sturdy. There are 2 divided interior pockets to keep your smaller items stored easily. Both sides are fully finished so you can wear this 2 ways! This is a soft sided 3 layer tote that will easily fold for travel or trips to the market. *This has a soft all over fade and the gold detail is worn off as is typical of these older cloths. *I note 3 very tiny frayed areas and a dark area / stain as shown that did not soak out during the cleaning process. Sold AS IS / NO RETURNS.

The lining is a new blue cotton tanal print. The entire bag and the handles have been reinforced with fusible Pellon to make it sturdy. There are 2 divided pockets to keep your small items at reach and a 5" box bottom construction to hold your wider items. This is a soft 3-sided bag that is perfect to fold up and travel with or leave in your car for quick trips to the market. *I have sewn the original tag into the side seam as shown.
