It is with an extremely sad an heavy heart that I bring you this news this morning, Triple Threat Outdoors will be closing its doors before season hits we are going to have a sale on all in stock items some items up to 50% we need everyone's support on getting this word out there.

I have enjoyed the customer base in which we have built getting to see everyone's success getting youngsters started in the outdoors we have built many close relationships and friends because of this shop and I have seen you all do some amazing things from the fundraisers we have had for various events and organizations to helping with the flood relief in West Virginia. You are the future of hunting we must not lose sight of what is right and who we are therefore we remain "hunters" the very same people that built this country were pioneers and hunters so take pride in that and continue to share those values and pass it on to your kids and the youth for they are the next generation and it is your duty to teach them our ways.

I will never forget this adventure it was one of the most important steps I took in life and I'd do it a hundred times over given the same circumstances for it led me back to God. I often thought of why I always thought I was closer to God in a tree stand on a cool brisk morning watching the sun come up and the steam bellowing out of a Deers nostrils squirrels barking in the background there is just something about that scenery that you just can't grasp the feeling that we hold so true and so scared that we long for every year the one place we truly find ourselves the one thing that binds us together the one thing that can save us all, being in that tree stand is more than hunting it's more than a getaway it's more than life itself. Hunting and being in that tree stand witnessing all of Gods creation is simple, I truly believe that God made us hunters so that we can see things through his eyes, that we can see his creations, that we can see how life works much as the same ways ours works you see it's not about killing, harvesting a deer is much of the same way when God calls us home when we die there is a sadness but an overwhelming joy at the same time why? Because God called us home to do his works, harvesting a deer is much like that because we are calling that animal home to be able to continue to do Gods works and serve him. Hunting is so much more than just hunting it's spiritual it's seeing things as God sees them and it's who we are and what God called us to do so the next time your sitting in your tree stand think about this when its all unfolding in front of your own eyes it will make perfect sense to you.
