Meet JoJo’s TURA 💜♍

JoJo recently moved and is stepping into a completely new chapter of her life. New surroundings, new beginnings, new possibilities.

She’s a Virgo, so I wanted her TURA to reflect that beautiful combination of strength, determination, intention and the courage to move forward even when life is changing around you.

Every stone was chosen specifically for her story, her energy and what she wants to carry into this next chapter.

And when I showed JoJo what I had created for her, her reaction brought tears.

That was the moment I knew TURA was exactly what I wanted it to become.

✨ TODAY I’M INTRODUCING YOU TO TURA. ✨
For years, many of you have known me as Taboo Bracelets.
I used to sell bracelets.
Today, I’m doing something different.
I’m creating intentions you can wear.
Maybe TURA wasn’t something I created. Perhaps TURA created me. I don’t believe in coincidences.
I was born in Lima, Peru, on Las Turquesas — The Turquoises — and raised on Las Amatistas — The Amethysts.
TURquesa + Amatista = TURA.

And somehow, all these years later, I find myself surrounded by stones.
Even the colors followed me. Purple has always been my HAPPY color. Turquoise has always been my grounding color.
And TURA now carries another meaning:
Transformation • Understanding • Rebirth • Alignment
