Update 2026

If your invoice is canceled and you request a reinvoice, the fee will be ten dollars.

No layaways. Absolutely no holds on items.

1st canceled invoice- you may not claim the next live you may not enter in any free drawings.
2nd canceled invoice- invoice will be sent out immediately must be paid asap within 24 hours.
3rd canceled invoice- invoice will not take claims

INVOICES ARE SENT SUNDAYS AND DUE MONDAY BY 10AM NEW MEXICO TIME. if you want your invoice sooner please request via messenger.

Shipping rates are as follows
Under 2oz- 5.95
2oz to 12oz- 6.95
12oz to 5lbs 9.95
5lbs and higher 10.95

If you want extra insurance on a package you must request it before so actual shipping rates can be added to your invoice.

If you would like your items shipped faster message me and i can send actual shipping rates and it can be added to your invoice.

If a package is lost I will do my best to help locate or put in a claim for it.
If you file a claim first I am unable to assist any further as the postal office will only allow either sender or reciever to file one claim on a package.

Damaged items: please send a photo of the package and damaged item as soon as you recieve it. If it is sent after a week of being recieved I will not replace or credit you.
All sales are final.

Just a reminder.
-invoices are sent out Sundays. If you request an invoice earlier it will be shipped earlier but you must request it.

-canceled invoices-items are immediately put back into inventory and the next time you may not claim.

If you request an invoice after it was canceled you will have to pay a 5.00 re-invoice fee and pay the premium shipping.

-invoices must be paid by 9am fast time NM and 8am slow time AZ to make the cut off for shipping that day.
If paid after it will ship the next business day. There will be no exceptions for the cut off time for shipping out.
-please only claim what you intend to purchase.
-communication is key so please communicate if there are any concerns.
-Three canceled invoices and you may not claim for an entire year.
Please be responsible for your claims.
