Vic was an awesomely handsome jazzy kinda guy that greeted everyone genuinely kind & jovial. Down thru the years him and Ms Joy sent pkgs to Chase & Chance when they were younger! Just the memories we all have of him! What a legacy he has left!
Touch so many lives in countless ways!! Glad to have known him! Rest on!!!
