So grateful for a few days off to rest! We’ll see you Saturday, the 12th.

We make it so
complicated.

But when
it comes
to salvation
in Jesus
and our
walk with Him,
it comes down
to only two things:
faith and love.

Faith:

"This Good News
tells us how
God makes us right
in his sight.
This is accomplished
from start to finish
by faith.
As the Scriptures say,
'It is through faith
that a righteous person
has life.'"
~Romans 1:17

"Believe in the Lord Jesus
and you will be saved."
~Acts 16:31

For by grace
you are saved
through faith,
and this is
not from yourselves,
it is the gift of God;
it is not from works,
so that no one can boast.
~Ephesians 2:8-9

And love -

"One of them,
an expert in religious law,
tried to trap him
with this question:
'Teacher,
which is the most important
commandment in the
law of Moses?'

Jesus replied,
"You must love
the Lord your God
with all your heart,
all your soul,
and all your mind.
This is the first
and greatest commandment.
A second is equally important:
Love your neighbor as yourself."
~Matthew 22:35-39

"The only thing that counts
is faith expressing itself
through love."
~Galatians 5:6

Faith and love.

Faith to believe
Jesus Christ is
who He says He is:
the son of
the Living God,
who came to earth
as a babe
lived a sinless life,
was crucified,
dead and buried,
then rose again
and is now seated
at the right hand of God.

Faith to believe
that by believing
in Jesus Christ and
Jesus Christ alone
you are saved -
that His finished work
on the cross
is sufficient,
is complete,
is all you need
to be saved.

Love of and
for God
that leads you
to love Him
with your whole heart -
to serve Him
with your whole life -
to bring Him glory
with your whole being.

Love of
and for
your fellowman
that looks
like Jesus's
love for you -
selfless,
unconditional,
unfeigned.

Faith.

Love.

It truly is
as simple
and as amazing
as that.~❤

We’re geared up for Labor Day weekend! Two pop-up shops tomorrow with Symphony In Stones Jewelry and A Seeker's Vision.

We’ll stay open later than usual today, tomorrow, and Sunday, a few hours Monday, and then we’ll be closed for a few days. We are looking forward to some much needed rest after the summer season!
