Congratulations to my dear friend Max McDonald for being recognized for his decades long pursuit of designing and hand crafting surfboards. I am honored to call him a friend and I thank him for being a mentor. Any and everyone who has ridden his surfboards know firsthand what a shaping wizard he is.

Max is currently in the hospital and I ask for prayers. Also, everyone who owns or has owned one of his magic surfboards, please chime in and share your feedback.
