Here is a list of 10 things you should always buy USED, and we have a big selection of these items at the store. Plus we are a non-profit store and the things you buy go towards helping locals in need here in the Gardnerville and Minden areas.

SPECIAL OCCASION CLOTHING You generally only wear a ball gown once or twice so why pay full price!!
HOLIDAY CLOTHING Same goes for red velvet Christmas dresses you need for a family photo!
BOOKS Here at our store you can get 5 paperbacks for $1.00 and hardbacks are a $1.00 each!
TOYS They are so expensive to buy new and kids lose interest pretty quickly so save yourself big bucks and buy gently used toys.
HOME ACCENT PIECES We have lots of artwork and unusual pieces that can be used around your home at a fraction of the cost in a retail store.
KIDS & TODDLER CLOTHING So expensive to buy new and they grow so fast.
COSTUMES Kids love to dress up and you can find great deals on Halloween costumes, and have plenty of money to buy more candy for trick or treaters!!
JEANS yes.... they are just better when they are worn in.
ANYTHING SEASONAL Cause you use it so little!!

The Holidays are over for another year!!!! However, local families still need help throughout the year and every time you shop here at our store you are helping those in need here in our local community. Your generous donations help a number of charities including, Douglas County Social Services, Douglas County Mental Health, Washoe Tribal Social Services, Live Violence Free, St Galls, Carson Valley United Methodist Church, Big Brothers and Big Sisters to name a few. So come on in and shop locally and support your local Thrift Shop!!!
