Families, please consider stopping by this Saturday to help us Spruce the Nest!

We will be tidying our outdoor spaces, planting new flowers and completing some other small beautification projects.

Donations of soil, mulch, plants and pots are always appreciated! BYO tools and supplies.

If you can't make it, email the PTO to find out how else you can lend a hand!

Hey Hawks! Can you help us stock the lounge for our favorite teachers and staff?

Bring an item from your grade's category to the PTO's table at Meet the Teacher 8/10. The grade that accumulates the most items will get a treat party on us!

Kindergarten: Canned Soft Drinks
1st: Chips (Boxed Variety Packs)
2nd: Breakfast/Protein Bars
3rd: Individual Iced Coffees OR Sparkling Water
4th: Sweet Treats (Gummy Bears, Nutella Dippers, Cookie Packs)
5th: Salty Snacks (Microwave Popcorn, Trail Mix, etc.)

GCS students are not required to bring any supplies with them to school; these lists are guides for families who wish to purchase personal supplies for their children. Donations by parents, businesses, and civic or faith-based organizations are always greatly appreciated!

Cheers to our 5th Graders, you did it!

The start of your elementary journey wasn't easy - mid-Covid with face masks and split classrooms, anything but the typical kindergarten setting. But just LOOK at you now! Leaders. Close-knit classmates. Avid learners. Creative souls. Adventurers. Ready for your next chapter, no doubt!

Hawks Nest will miss each one of you, and is a better place because of all of you. Thank you for the standards you set and the memories you shared.
