My brother and sister-in-law went to the new Ole Smoky location in Myrtle Beach and they said it’s awesome. Looks like a fun place to hang out!

If you’re a history buff like me, you may enjoy visiting Daisy Town out in the Elkmont area of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are many restored homes that give you a peek into what early tourism was like in the area. I like to imagine how people spent their vacations back then. Don’t forget to hit one of the beautiful trails out that way as well (my personal fav is the Little River/Cucumber Gap trail.)

Let’s talk prices for a moment. We all know that tourist towns can be expensive but there are some restaurants that have really good prices in my opinion. Blue Moose Burgers & Wings is one of those places. $5 cocktails are pretty much unheard of around here!
