All honey is good honey when it comes from people who care for bees. That’s our founder Ted Dennard’s philosophy. Whether it’s from a hive down the road or a bloom halfway around the world, we support beekeepers who tend healthy habitats for bees and the landscapes they depend on. We prioritize all bees.

How many times have we seen Ted taste Tupelo Honey? Yes.

His absolute favorite honey, the honey that started Savannah Bee Company, the bubble gummy sweetness that we can't get enough of!

Why we love Bees:
🐝They pollinate over 1/3 of the food we eat
🐝They keep wildflowers blooming across our beautiful Savannah landscapes
🐝They produce nature's most golden, delicious gift - honey
🐝They remind us that small things can have the biggest impact on our world

Did you know our founder, Ted Dennard, is on the sustainability committee for the city of Tybee Island, GA? They are working towards helping Tybee become the most sustainable city of its size in the Southeast. They recommend ways to foster more native species of plants, protect pollinators like our honeybees and residents of BeeTopia, and are working to recycle more and use pesticides less!

Everyday we are working to educate to create a greener and more sustainable environment so everybody wins, winged or not!

To all the people who planted new wildflowers this season, who didn't use pesticides, who started their own hives for the sake of the community, who let their lawns grow a little higher for the bugs: we see you and we thank you.
