Thank you to all of our wonderful customers who asked after us directly after the wildfires. We are fine.

Our store suffered smoke damage and all inventory was ruined. We made the difficult decision to close.

We will continue online and to offer the same great service as always. The same personalized products available in the store are still available via our website.

Everything remains the same...Same owners, same phone number, same website and same prompt service.

Our rental cabin is unharmed and available. There is still a link to it on our online store.

Thank you again for all the heartfelt messages. It was so helpful to hear from all of you during such a devastating time.

Gatlinburg is already rebounding and will soon return to all its splendor.

Update for our dear friends---Wednesday 11/30

At present, we are still prevented from reaching the store, but video taken by Emergency Management personnel indicate that our center, along with most of the Parkway business district, was unharmed. Connie and I are safe and we've just learned that our cabin (despite earlier reports) is still standing. We don't know what to expect inside the store, nor when we will gain access.

Our gratitude for our own good fortune is boundless, and we are deeply moved by the messages of hope and support from so many of our customers, guests and friends. Thank you all so much, and know that your sentiments have buoyed our spirits during some difficult days.

As most of our friends and guests know, The Lollipop Guild will be closed until further notice. The continuing wildfires have closed the city, and we are unable to reach the store to assess damage. Regrettably, this also prevents us from fulfilling website orders, as well. Connie and I are safe; please extend your prayers for our beautiful town, and our many neighbors that have their lives invested in this community.

This is cutie pie Lauren's reaction to the Personalized Jesus Loves You DVD. Once let out of her stroller she showed us all kinds of dance moves. Mamaw and Papaw had no choice but to buy her that DVD!
