That’s why we have the second chance shelves a.k.a. the sadness shelves. No one’s happy when an item arrives there because that means a customer didn’t get to purchase it. I didn’t get to sell it to them and the Vendor didn’t make a sale. It’s probably the biggest wholesome bummer in the biz.
