A special bouquet for a very special bride! 💐❤️

One of my favorite moments on wedding day is finally placing a bride’s bouquet in her hands!

After weeks of designing, arranging, and perfecting every little detail, there’s something so special about seeing those flowers become part of her big day.

For Peyton, we created a romantic, slightly moody bouquet featuring rich burgundy, dusty rose, soft blush, warm terracotta, and beautiful boho textures. Every bloom was thoughtfully selected to complement her wedding vision.

And the best part? This beauty is made entirely of our luxury real-touch faux florals, so Peyton can enjoy her bridal bouquet as a keepsake for years to come. 🤍

Seeing our flowers in the hands of the bride they were designed for makes all those hours in the studio worth it!

🌸 BEHIND THE BLOOMS: Peyton & Gage’s Wedding! 🌸

The pretty pictures are coming… but first, a little peek at what it takes to make the magic happen! 💐✨

From late nights in the flower shop and loading a U-Haul FULL of florals, to climbing, fluffing, arranging, and making those last-minute adjustments… wedding day is a whole lot more than just pretty flowers! 😂

Yesterday was an absolutely STUNNING day celebrating Peyton & Gage, and our Lavish Bloom crew was all hands on deck!

This wedding was extra special because we didn’t just bring the blooms! We also stepped in to help with day-of coordination and hostess duties, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so the family could focus on what really mattered — celebrating, making memories, and enjoying the day instead of working it! ❤️

Was it a LONG day? You bet! Were we exhausted? Absolutely! Did we manage to squeeze in some laughs, questionable acrobatics, and a few ridiculous photos along the way? Obviously! 🤣

But seeing everything come together and watching a vision we’ve spent weeks creating turn into something so beautiful makes every minute worth it.

And I couldn’t do it without my girls! From building bouquets to loading trucks, hauling arrangements, climbing into trees, and tackling whatever the day throws our way… this little crew gets it DONE! 💪🌸

Here’s to the hard work, the laughter, the chaos, and the beautiful moments in between.

🌸 HAPPY BOSS'S DAY TO ME! 🌸

I'd like to take a moment to recognize the incredible boss here at Lavish Bloom Rentals… ME! 👑💐

As the CEO, CFO, COO, creative director, floral designer, marketing department, sales team, customer service representative, purchasing agent, inventory manager, delivery driver, setup crew boss, teardown crew boss, and janitor… I really couldn't do it without me. 😂

My boss is sooo demanding. She expects perfection, has me working late nights and weekends, and apparently doesn't believe in overtime pay. ( or ANY pay) 🙄

I've filed several complaints with HR, but unfortunately… I'm HR, too. 🤦‍♀️

On the bright side, I LOVE my job, my clients, and getting to turn beautiful wedding visions into reality! 💕

So here's to all my fellow small business owners wearing 47 hats, running on caffeine, creativity, and a little bit of chaos!

🥂 Happy Boss's Day! Now back to work… these flowers aren't going to arrange themselves! 🌸🤣

✨ When the backup plan needs a backup plan… ✨

Yesterday afternoon, less than 24 hours before Taylor’s wedding @ Lone Star Oaks, I got the message:

Change of plans — the outdoor ceremony is moving inside.

No problem. That’s wedding life. We pivot. Rain happens.

Except… the beautiful two-piece floral swag I had created specifically for the venue’s outdoor wooden arch suddenly had nowhere to go. The wooden structure wouldn’t fit inside the chapel, which meant the ceremony design we had planned no longer worked.

So we came up with options — urns, a different arch setup, or tall floral pillars — and Taylor chose the pillars.

And last night, I went back to the studio, completely dismantled the original swag florals and rebuilt them into two tall, dramatic floral columns designed specifically for the indoor ceremony space.

Today we walked in, installed everything, and you would never know this wasn’t the plan all along. ❤️

That is one of my favorite parts of full-service floral design.

It isn’t just about creating beautiful flowers months in advance. It’s being there when the weather changes. When the floor plan changes. When something suddenly doesn’t fit. When Plan A disappears and Plan B needs to happen right now.

My bride didn’t have to figure it out.
She didn’t have to move flowers.
She didn’t have to find another solution the night before her wedding.

We handled it.

And later tonight, we’ll be back to move and repurpose her ceremony florals into the reception, because that’s part of the service too.

Taylor’s reception is beautifully simple and warm — terracotta runners, layered greenery, wooden lanterns, candlelight and little touches of burgundy, rust and ivory throughout.

This is what I mean when I say Lavish is full service.

Beautiful florals are the fun part.

Making sure my couples don’t have to worry about them is the really important part. 🤎
