We are currently looking for a parts and customer service representative for our appliance business. In this role, you would be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, and managing parts inventory. Assist walk-in customers and field technicians with part identification, cross-referencing numbers, and processing special orders. Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have the correct parts for scheduled repairs. This position is full time, Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00.
