✨ A little creativity. A little play. A whole lot of imagination. ✨

There’s something special about being in a state of play—when you give yourself permission to experiment, move things around, try something unexpected, and simply create.

That’s what we love about window displays in downtown Germantown. 🪟🎨

A storefront window becomes a little canvas. A chance to tell a story, spark curiosity, and bring a bit of creativity to our historic downtown.

At Hedy and Company, we’re constantly playing with ideas—mixing vintage with handmade, old with new, and everyday objects with a little imagination.

Because creativity doesn’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just have to play.

I’m in love with this piece of art created by Michelle Emerson, Pollinators and Posies

I have been working diligently on this piece for a few weeks. I picked the antique frame up during horrendous storm/tornado/flooding weather (to be fair, I thought I was driving during a gap of clear weather). I had to cut glass for it and messed it up. I finally sealed up the back and packed it for a show. I unpacked this piece at the show only to discover I forgot to wire it, so I couldn't hang it. UGH

The back is now wired and ready to roll. See it at the Berea Arts Fest this Sunday in booth #40. I can't wait to see you!

💫 10–11 AM: Private stamping session for our pre-registered guests.

💫 11 AM–3 PM: The stamping studio is open for WALK-INS! No registration needed.

Create your own 20-inch ball chain necklace with your choice of a stamped heart or circle charm — made right here in the studio! 💕⭕️

$12 per person

Children are welcome to participate with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

This Saturday, September 5th at 10am. The Stamping Workshop for Beginner’s offers an engaging way to explore creative crafting techniques in a collaborative setting. This workshop provides step-by-step guidance to help participants learn the craft. All tools and materials are included (1/2” tag and 20” ball chain), ensuring a hassle-free experience for beginners. Book your session to enjoy a hands-on crafting experience with your friends.

Our Saturday hours will match the Center Street Market, happening right outside our doors in historic downtown Germantown!

🥖 Katie Stacy of Whipp Road Sourdough will be here offering samples of her delicious sourdough!

🌸 Jennifer Brown of Faded Flowers will be hosting a cyanotype workshop beginning at noon.

🧶 Janice Davis of Yarn & Ewe will be offering a dishcloth crochet workshop from 9–11 AM.

There will be so much to see, taste, make, and enjoy throughout downtown Germantown! Come shop small, support local makers, and spend your Saturday with us. 🛍️🌿
