When you get to the ticket counter, you want to be polite but incredibly clear and firm. Remember, you have federal law (the Air Carrier Access Act) on your side! ⚖️

📋 THE “BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME” CHECKLIST

📄 Print the Official Letter: Go to The Safety Sleeper website and print the official Airline Free Luggage Documentation letter. Having it on physical paper to hand over prevents a lot of arguments.
