Fox Island Trading Co. + Fox Island Vintage & Adventure is hiring a part-time store clerk/sales rep/merchandising phenom with excellent customer service skills to work across both shops.
You’ll:
Turn “just smelling the samples” into “I’ll take the whole stack” of handmade soap
Help customers find the perfect pipe, pipe to***co, and adventure gear
Style displays so sharp people take selfies with the lather and the pipes
Ring up 21+ to***co products with a smile
Work set hours with a fun, hardworking crew and become part of our pack.
Occasionally drive the getaway car… I mean, the restock van between stores
Must be 21+ (to***co laws).
Part-time. Ability to switch from “this lavender smells like a spa day” to “this pipe matches your aura” without missing a beat is required.
If you can make a bar of soap look like high fashion and a to***co pipe look like pure adventure, we need you.

We're Hiring! Part-time. Must be 21+ years old. Sales/ Boutique experience and excellent customer service skills are a big plus. High energy and an outgoing, bubbly personality are also a plus. We’re a small but mighty, tight-knit team and need someone dependable and hardworking who is ready for consistent, long-term work (not just summer or holiday help). The schedule is typically 11am–5pm or 6pm daily. Wage starts at $17.50/hour (DOE). Just a little housekeeping... We’re gearing up for the Sequim Lavender Festival this weekend (July 17–19) and wanted to share our schedule with you!
Wednesday: Both of our Gig Harbor stores will be closed as we prepare for the festival.
Thursday: We won’t be at the Gig Harbor Waterfront Farmer’s Market, but both stores will be open 11am–6pm. Come say hi and shop with us across the street!

We’ll return to our regular hours for the rest of the week and all weekend long.

Sequim Lavender Festival
We’ll be at Carrie Blake Park in Sequim from Friday, July 17th through Sunday, July 19th. We’re in the same general area but have been moved slightly — look for us at Booth #327/328. (See the map with the arrow pointing to our location!)

We’re also hiring!
We’re looking for a reliable, long-term team member for 30+ hours per week, including Sundays. Must be 21+ years old. Sales experience and excellent customer service skills are a big plus. Did you know? The world’s first Drive-In Theater was invented right in someone’s backyard in the early 1930s — a true spark of American ingenuity! Richard Hollingshead nailed a screen to a tree, mounted a 1928 Kodak projector on his car hood, and even figured out sound with a radio behind the screen. By 1933, he opened the real deal in Camden, New Jersey. (25 cents admission… and directional speakers that were great for cars, not so great for the neighbors!)
