This is a story of insanity viewed through the lens of my 2024 turkey hunt. Insanity defined by some is repeating the same action over and over while expecting a different result. As hunters we live this reality over and over. Imagining success when the odds are to fail. Formulating theories just to be proven wrong. In many ways our lives are the same. We worry about the future so much the present becomes blurred and forgotten. My hope is that you will learn to live in the moment, climb until you touch the sky, and forget about the fall.

Awesome find last week! Found more public land sheds here in northern Michigan. Even better, I found matching sides from different years. Last year I came up with the 2022 sides. This year I picked up the 2021 sides in the same clear-cut. I am up to 13 this year. By far my best year ever and by far the most miles I’ve ever walked.
