Bob’s Little Sport Shop has been here for 61 years! We are thankful to all of our customers over the years who have seen how we have grown. We hope that we can be here for another 60 years!

Not what we were looking forward to but the Third Circuit DID grant the stay. So right now we are all in for the long haul and just have to wait.

Here is the latest update regarding the Third Circuits decision. NJ DID file for a stay, so the hopeful date of August 7th has been postponed until we are told otherwise. If the Third Circuit denies the stay, the mandate will go into affect 7 days after the denial. If they approve the stay it is unclear on a time line on when it will be officially overturned.
