Our first weekly challenge for Midnight Valley starts this week !👻
🎃 You find yourself standing on a moonlit hill overlooking a valley spotted with flickering lamplight. A twisted and haphazard village lies below you, a grand manor sitting at the end, watching over all. You take a step forward, foot catching on something. You look down and see that you’ve stumbled on a large pumpkin. All around you are more of the orange orbs attached to gnarled, green vines.
🧛♂️ When you look up, a man has appeared. He’s dressed in a three-piece suit and sporting a disheveled top hat. Behind him, a black cape flutters even though there’s no wind. He says nothing as he extends a pale hand, clutching a rolled up parchment. You take the scroll, unfurl it, and move to ask him a question, but he’s already gone.🦇
You read the scroll, but it’s impossible to decipher. Maybe someone in the valley will be able to help…❓
