ept payment via PayPal only and will email you an invoice for your order. I will not begin working on your order until payment has been made. Cancellations will only be accepted on custom or personalized items before I have started work on them. If you need your ordered shipped, shipping cost will be based on weight of your order. My average turn around time to complete a custom order is approximately 2-3 weeks.
*A rush fee may be added depending on the size of the order and how soon it is needed.
*During busy times I will not accept rush orders
*No returns will be accepted on custom orders or personalized items. If I have made a mistake on a personalized item, I will send a corrected item.
