I am a mom of two little boys who keep me busy! I love crocheting and crafting special items for them and friends and family. I have been crocheting and crafting off an on for about 10 years and recently decided to start to sell my projects:)

*Ordering*

*Payment*
Upon being invoiced, you will have 5 business days to pay for your order. Your order must be paid in full. I accept all major credit cards (there will be a payment link with your invoice), Paypal, as well as personal check/cash. If paying by personal check, the check must clear before I will begin your order. If you are local (Richmond area), please let me know if you would like to pay cash. If paying cash you must pay prior to me starting your order. For Paypal, all I need is your email address. I
*Shipping*
I use USPS for shipping purposes. Crochet Items:
1-4 Items $4
5+ Items $6-$12
Height Boards:
$15-$30 (contact me prior to ordering for a quote)
*Large Orders*
If placing an order for 3 or more items please allow additional processing time.
*Cancellations*
If you cancel you order, there will be a 50% (of your order total) cancellation fee. This is because I have likely started your order and bought all the necessary materials.
*Refunds/Exchanges*
I do not offer refunds after items have been received. Please note my cancellation policy above. There will be no exchanges for crochet items due to wrong sizes. I go by average head sizes for the listed ages. If you have a little one who is on the smaller or larger size let me know and I will adjust the size accordingly. My ultimate goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase so please do not hesitate to contact me if there is a problem with your order.
