Here’s a little bit about us and our shop:
We are so excited to have you as a part of our shop! We are a Lauren & Jeff, a husband and wife who live in North Carolina. We just had a beautiful baby boy named Beckett. We started selling Lularoe a couple of years ago when I first tried on the clothing and instantly felt amazing in my own skin. As a plus size woman, I know how difficult shopping can be for ladies of all shapes and sizes. We want to help everyone feel beautiful inside and out. It means the world to us to have your support. Throughout the week we have a live sale, outfit wall drops, giveaways, and album sales! We love being able to give back to our customers, it’s because of you all that we can do this!

1 Item = $5 Shipping
2 + Items = $9.00 Shipping
We do Local Pick-up! Just comment “Sold Local” or send us a message and we won’t charge you shipping. We are located in North Carolina // Asheville/Candler area.

Invoices and Ordering
Wall drops: claim by commenting “sold” on the photo. Once you pay, we ship within 3 business days! If you need something mailed ASAP, contact us. When our albums are posted you can follow this link to shop: https://shop.lularoebless.com/BeauChic
Live sales: Claim by commenting “Sold” and the bin/hanger number.
We give you 24 hours to pay once you receive your invoice. Please Pay PROMPTLY. No Passing Please. If you aren’t ready to buy, please don’t claim. Removal from group results with non payment and excessive passing. We will no longer hold items more than 24 hours.

Exchange/Refund Policy
Items eligible for exchanges/return must be new with tags.
Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving them.
For returns/exchanges, you will be given a total and can choose any item(s) from our album sales. Exchange/return credits must be used within 60 days.
Exchanges cannot be made on wall drops or live sale items.
All leggings, sale items, and capsule/holiday collection are Final Sale.
We will work with you on exchanges you have purchased with us to find something else you love if the original items didn't not work for you.

Damages
We do our best to check items for any damages. However, all LuLaRoe products are sewn by hand, so sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, please let us know and we will issue a refund or exchange.

How LuLaRoe Works
LuLaRoe designs and prints its own fabrics. Once a fabric is created, a limited quantity of skirts, shirts, dresses and more in a variety of sizes is made. Once a print is gone, it's gone for good! So if you see something you like, grab it quick! Most sizes range XXS-3XL and Kids sizing 2t-12/14.
