Swoon. Day one of The Quiet Return Wellness Retreat is complete. ✨

This venue is absolutely perfect for slowing down, reconnecting with the calm, and remembering how good it feels to simply be.

We arrived to sweeping views, quiet countryside, the sweetest little four-legged welcome committee, and one of those sunsets that makes you stop whatever you’re doing and just stare.

Yesterday was about arriving…not just physically, but mentally and energetically too. Settling in. Exhaling. Letting the pace soften.

And if this is only day one…I cannot wait to see what the rest of this retreat brings. 🤍

After a quiet September, I’m so excited to return with two one-hour Sunday morning experiences designed to help you slow down, release what feels heavy, and reconnect with the quieter rhythms of the season.

Full Moon Illuminate & Release
Reflect. Release. Trust.

Each experience is 60 minutes and the investment is $42 per person.

Both will be held in my cozy in-home studio in Wheaton. Space is limited, and registration is now open.
