โค๏ธ The City of Chicago Is Honoring the Daurham Legacy
Before there was Daurham Hair Products, there was a vision.
Ernest Daurham Jr. believed that success was about more than building a business. He believed in creating opportunities, educating others, opening doors, and helping people build a better future for themselves and their families.
That vision led to schools, salons, manufacturing, product innovation, entrepreneurship, and a legacy that continues today through Daurham Hair Products.
At the same time, his brother, William "Chap" Daurham, was building a legacy of his own through barbering, education, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and Chazap Barber College. Together, they helped shape generations of professionals, business owners, and community leaders throughout Chicago and beyond.
Though they took different paths, they shared the same commitment: helping people realize their potential and creating opportunities for others to succeed.
Today, we are honored that the City of Chicago is recognizing their impact with the unveiling of ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฟ๐ต๐ฎ๐บ ๐ช๐ฎ๐.
As the next generation, we are proud to continue the values, vision, and spirit of service that Ernest Daurham Jr. and William "Chap" Daurham demonstrated throughout their lives.
