Wow, seven years ago I was really into importing Truffles and you don’t realize how successful you’ve been at something until you stop it. Oh well, never say never it was quite a thrill taking orders for Truffles meeting Customers at my local Starbucks parking lot. It did feel like a drug deal though I’m not going to lie. 😆 to all my Truffle customers thank you for all your business throughout the years. Have a great holiday. And hopefully one day we will meet again.

Oregon White Truffles. (Tuber oregonense), or the Oregon white truffle, is a species of edible truffle native to the Pacific Northwest of North America. It is a mycorrhizal fungus that grows in association with Douglas fir trees and is prized for its pungent, garlic-like aroma. The truffle is harvested from fall to late winter and is used in culinary applications like shaving over pasta or infusing into butter and oils.
